In my experience with Real Estate, everyone is trying to sell you a get rich seminar, book or both.  They talk about the great money they made on their past deals and how easy it was.  I remember sitting in a Real Estate seminar myself when the instructor said she no longer gets out of bed for less than $50,000 profit.  However, i know she isnt making $50,000 to teach 45 people in a room about beginner real estate.  (Even if she claims to be getting limited access to property in Costa Rica that only the instructors can get).  SCAM!!!!

I'm here to give REAL examples of past deals and show the REAL numbers behind all of it.  One of the things I'm good at is spreadsheets and organization so I'm going to capitalize on that.  I have NOT made money on every deal I've done.  And I will show you that as well.  Real Estate can be very lucrative but it can be very difficult as well.  With the lessons I've learned, I'm going to pass on knowledge to others and hopefully gain wisdom from the readers.
